We conduct a thorough compatibility evaluation for each dog to ensure they are placed in the appropriate playgroup, based on temperament, size and general behavior. This process, combined with our staff’s expertise in dog behavior, helps create a safe and harmonious environment for all our guests.
Our dog boarding facility is monitored 24/7 by trained staff, providing constant oversight and care. We conduct regular health checks, and our emergency protocols are always in place should any situation arise. We also require up-to-date vaccinations, and wellness checks for all boarders to maintain a healthy, secure environment. By taking these precautions, we ensure that every dog at Off-Leash Hotel enjoys a safe, stress-free, and enjoyable stay, while giving pet owners peace of mind that their furry friends are well cared for.
We currently do not accept dogs over 50lbs of certain breeds, including Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Belgian Malinois, Dobermans and Great Danes, into our playgroups. Additionally, we do not allow dogs over 150lbs in daycare playgroups to ensure the safety of all pets involved. However, we happily welcome dogs of all breeds for boarding, as long as they are comfortable with our staff and can interact safely within our facility. Our daycare team is passionate about creating an engaging and safe environment where your dog will feel right at home and have a blast—so much so that they won’t want to leave!
Check-in is 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday & 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Check-out is 11:00am on the day of pick-up. There is a $25 late fee after 11:30am. If staff are notified when the reservation is made, checkout can be as late at 7:00pm with an additional night of boarding billed.
Holidays:
We encourage pet owners to bring familiar items from home to help make their dog’s stay more comfortable. You’re welcome to bring a small bed andblanket as well as food and any necessary medications (excluding injectable medications). For convenience, please pre-measure your dog’s meals and label any medications clearly with instructions. All items should fit in a medium-sized bag. We happily accept leashes, collars and harnesses, as well. The flexibility and personalized support we provide ensures your dog’s needs are met, so both you and your dog are at ease during their stay. We do not accept anys toys or rawhide bones.
Food should be measured to the exact amount in individual bags for each meal. Please do not include any bowls, measuring cups, etc. We also cannot accept tubs of peanut butter or kongs, as we supply those for an additional cost.
Daily daycare is included in the price of all boarding stays, unless specified otherwise. We require each dog to pass our compatibility evaluation to participate in daycare, otherwise they will be moved to our private boarding option. With private day boarding for dogs, your dog will receive scheduled solo play breaks in one of our play areas. Our private boarding dogs get multiple potty breaks, and (3) individual solo play times (15 minutes each)
Only villas have a webcam; however, all dog daycare areas have webcam access.
Leaving our furry family member to the care of pet boarding facilities can be scary, especially when it comes to senior dog boarding or boarding for puppies. We understand that knowledgeable staff are crucial to providing exceptional care for your dog. Our team is certified in canine behavior and first aid, ensuring that your dog receives the expertise and attention they deserve. This specialized training allows us to recognize and respond to each dog’s unique needs, fostering trust and comfort during their stay. A 50% DEPOSIT FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVATION WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECK-IN. If boarding for longer than 7 days, 25% of the remaining deposit will be charged on day 7. The final 25% will be charged at checkout. Our boarding cancellation policy is 48 hours. You must call us to cancel your reservation. Any cancellation under 48 hours will be charged 50% for a cancellation fee. **Our holiday cancellation policy is 7 days. If the reservation is cancelled after 7 days, we will keep the full amount of the deposit.
