  The staff is friendly and my pup had a blast. I have never boarded a pup before and the off leash staff made it such a breeze for my pup and I. Love that they have web cams to view while I’m away and a report card to let me know how my girl was getting along… even reported on her appetite during her stay !

  This is the second time my two fur babies stayed here and it was great! They were so excited to go back the second time which made us feel good that they were in good company. The facility is state of the art and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend.

  Rizzo had a great day at his first day of daycare! The staff were really sweet and took wonderful care of him. Off-Leash will definitely be our go to for daycare & boarding moving forward after leaving with a happy and clean pup!

  We cannot say enough good things about Off Leash! The facility is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. The owners and staff are kind good people that clearly love dogs. Our 6 month Lab puppy has been going there for daycare and has been boarded occasionally since February. The first time we had to coax her in the door. Now she literally drags us in she’s so excited to be there. This is a photo of her after a day at daycare with them. We absolutely love them and so does she.

  We boarded our 1 year old dog for 3 days here in a villa with social boarding at Off Leash Hotel, New Lenox. This was our first boarding experience and I'm impressed . John welcomed me each time I was in and was happy to allow me to see the areas my dog would be in. I experienced great/ polite customer service from Sydney who answers phones. She was very accommodating to our needs and was very responsive whenever I reached out, I'm very appreciative of that. Check in and check out is easy, their online platform is user friendly, and the facility was spotless. We'll be visiting Off Leash Hotel again!

  Couldn’t be happier with the service we received here! Left my dog for 10 days and loved being able to check in on her. The dogs have someone with them at all times during the day and the place is extremely clean. My dog came home happy and clean. The pricing is reasonable as well.

  We’re new to Off-Leash and our girls were just evaluated. Staff is friendly and eager to please. The entire environment is very clean. Our girls seemed to enjoy themselves. They even explored the pool! We appreciated their written comments, report card and photos. Another plus is that we could access cameras to see what are girls are doing.

  My dog Penelope loved her first day at Off- Leash. She had a blast in the pool! Staff and Owners are beyond friendly and made her feel right at home. She has found her new favorite place! She is one tired pup!

  This is a newer facility so you won't find as many reviews just yet compared to the others places in the area. All I can say is, you can leave your pet here with 100% confidence whether it's for daycare, a night, or 2 weeks.
  Our dog has some pretty intensive medication and food prep needs. The staff made us feel completely comfortable in their handling of everything while we were on vacation for 12 days (he also goes here for daycare). We received detailed "report cards" with … More pictures and inforamtion about our pet's feeding and general behavior 3 times a week. The bath they gave him before we picked him up was as nice as any bath he's gotten at a grooming salon.
  The biggest take away, and best part, is that he looked and acted healthily when we picked him up (he used to drop weight and came home with a red tounge due to stress at other facilities).
  The staff are all very nice and friendly. John, the owner, genuinely cares about you and your pet. Once you interact with him, you'll realize that your pets will be in good hands here.

  Our German Shepard dog absolutely loved this place!!! The staff is so friendly. We appreciated all of the extra perks that came with his stay- treats, cuddles, and play time! Thank you guys again for taking such good care of him while we were away from home

  Toni & Ziva love coming here. Owners and staff are great, they really know how to take care of your furry babies. When we got our tour I was very impressed on how they keep it clean. And the pool is just the right depth just enough for the dogs to get their paws wet and splash around. I like that I can watch the dogs on the webcams.   First time there we got a tour of the place, first impression, clean, cool, the dog ratio to space is nice, it isn’t over crowded or unsafe for the dogs, we met with the owner and he talked us through all protocols that were very thought out, example, 4 hour compatibility test to ensure safety for dogs, staff & owners.   This place was great for boarding our older dog with separation anxiety. Exceptionally clean and very organized for dealing with medications. The glass doors on the kennels are safer for our guy who likes to try to escape from a crate. The staff was very caring and friendly. We will definitely return for boarding!

  Excellent experience. The staff is so incredible! Our dog is a senior dog who requires a lot of work and attention. I would highly recommend off-leash hotel! Loved the doggy report cards with photos and updates on how he was doing.

  This place is great! Our high-energy lab loves it here. The staff is wonderful and is always happy to see him. I love that he can burn off his energy during the day instead of sitting at home bored. 10/10 I would recommend!

  Our dog is 6 years old and has never been in a kennel/ boarded. I was so nervous to leave her and worried she’d be so anxious. Of course the normal stuff occurred- eating less, needy for attention we were soooo pleased. The cameras to watch her playing with new friends, the notes, and texts were an amazing way to keep us all at ease.

  They took care of our (2) German Shepherds while we were gone for a week. The facility is so clean! The owners and staff members are the greatest. They sent report cards of how they were doing when we were gone. So glad they we went there! We would recommend them to everyone!

  Place is great!!! They were able to accommodate both my dogs who are not very social and able to break them out that shell and enjoy their stay. Love the report cards provided every night while boarding. 100% recommend and love all of the staff for a great job and hospitality provided!

  We just boarded our two Boston Terriers for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The facility is outstanding and they were very well cared for while there! One thing that sets Off-Leash apart from other options in the area is their private boarding option. One of our dogs gets very stressed when he has to participate in daycare while boarding and has often come home sick. Off-Leash allows private boarding (in all glass suites) AND the dogs receive one on one scheduled play breaks with a staff member throughout … More the day at no additional cost.   I would 10/10 recommend this facility for your next boarding stay or day care visit . I toured the facility and brought my German Shepard in for doggie daycare. I was impressed how cleanly the facility was. The staff are attentive and very kind. The owner also personally followed up with me to let me know how my dog’s first day went and to check out prior to me coming in for pick up. You won’t regret letting them care for your pup! We’ll definitely be back !

  This place is GREAT!!!! The owner is super nice and very forthcoming with their facility! My dog cooper LOVES going to play with his friends! The staff is amazing and interactive with the dogs all day and being able to view their activities through live web cam gives an owner the peace of mind that their pet is being well taken care of throughout the day!!!
  Cooper leaves day care and is exhausted for a whole day after to recoup before his next doggie day spa retreat!!
